Warranty support coordinator/technical
representative
Position: permanent full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday (day shift 37.5 hours)
Requirements:
* Bilingual (French, English) speaking and writing.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Customer service, Incoming Call center experience
* Ability to inspect buildings. Mainly roofs and attics in homes
* Strong organizational and planning skills
* Knowledgeable in shingle application and building codes, product standards
and methods.(An Asset)
* Good communication skills
* Able to handle large volume of work, initiate actions on his or her own and
be able to work with a minimum of supervision
* Observation / Analytical skills with attention to detail
* High level of reliability, ability to work under pressure
* Valid drivers license
* Vacations mainly in off-season.
Education : College (CEGEP) diploma or AEC equivalent
Location: City of Lasalle
Salary: $42,000
Responsibilities:
* Warranty claims handling, review, analysis and processing within established
procedures.
* Receive calls from Customers (B2B) regarding warranty of product offering.
* Complaint inspection with job site visits.
* Liaison between the homeowners, dealers, applicators, sales and other BP
departments.
* Work in close collaboration with the other members of the Warranty group as
well as Sales team and other departments.
