Internal Quality Assurance Auditor
Status: Permanent Full time
Hours: Monday to Friday (Weekdays 37.5 h/week)
Requirements:
- Bilingual (French and English) spoken and written
- Expert Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 3-5 years expertise with a wholesaler specializing in the distribution of finished healthcare products.
- Experience leading internal audits that ensure applicable GMP guidelines and the respect of Health Canada quality.
- Good knowledge in the rules and regulations that govern the provision of pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.
- Expertise in BPF
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving, storage and security and SOP documentation in accordance to high quality standards and QA requirements set for the industry.
- Reliable and known for your ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and readily deal with unforeseen issues.
- Very good organizational skills, initiative, proactive
- Ability to work under pressure in time constraints
- Capacity to manage a big a heavy volume of work, autonomously initiate actions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Observation and attention to detail skills
- Customer service: dynamic, people and customer
oriented.
Education: University degree
Location: Montreal- Pointe-Claire
Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 according to experience
Responsibilities:
- Conduct the audit to assure respect of Good manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Prepare daily reports
- Coordinate procedures
- Manage the audit listing and verification plan
- Evaluate audit responses and act accordingly
- Verify compliance
- Assist in the development of management systems
- Manage verification documents
- Create and compliance reports
- Respect company budgets
