Web Programmer
Status: Full time permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekdays 37.5 h/week))
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English, French) spoken and written
- Expert Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Expert in .NET,(VB.NET & ASP.NET,) ASP, MySQL & MsSQL
- Apply a broad understanding of system environments, databases and utilities in analyzing, designing,developing, testing, debugging, and implementing new systems or requested modifications.
- 1-2 years in depth experience with web based/e-commerce applications and/or business/customer management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in the healthcare industry, pharmaceuticals (an asset)
- Capacity to manage a big a heavy volume of work, autonomously initiate actions.
- Great understanding of business applications
- Ability to work under pressure in time constraints and within budget
- Reliable
- Very good organizational skills, planning, initiative, proactivity
- Customer service: dynamic, people and customer
oriented.
Education: DEC or equivalent
Location: Montreal- Pointe-Claire
Salary: $50,000 to $55,000 according to experience
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements to provide IT solutions that meet business needs.
- Design, develop and implement new web projects.
- Maintain and enhance the current web applications
- Communication with internal and external clients
- Deliver projects on time and within budget
- Meet with clients to understand the current and future business needs
- Prepares clearly written concise statistical reports, users manuals and documentation.
